I've looked deeply into the whole market and ended up just outside of chicago borders in Indiana.What are the taxes on this property?

Keeping my fingers crossed.

What would it be called and what is the methodology behind transferring the ownership of a property to someone so that they technically own said property with cross-default so that as long as they continually pay a certain amount per month the title remains in their name.

Maybe our paths will cross sometime.

Some of it will be crap and I cross it.

I know that making up an estimate takes time and I've offered to pay them to put it together but still they turn me down.It's crossed my mind that maybe I'm just doing something wrong.

We have had some animal damage (large holes in the yard, damaged fences (just replaced a fence this past weekend that had used its life but it also had animal damage that I did not charge because the cross boards had significant weather rot so the animal made the fence look less attractive but likely did not shorten the life of the fence), some damage to flooring, damage to doors), but it has always been less than what we have collected due to the animals.A pet peeve (pun coincidental) is people with no medical issues claiming service animal. 

While all states have some form of traditional LLC that you can form within it's borders, the state of New York does not have a Series LLC offering.

The thought that my parents should pay for a place to stay at my home never crossed my mind.
