Is that true for all banks or is this just with Navy Federal Credit Union? 

If you damage the seats - they will charge your credit card..Second: I prefer not to be the guy who fixes a clogged toilet (or clean up dog poop).

I will provide a packet as I would a bank to show my income and credit which is very very strong.

Hi @Tyson Thomas to piggyback on @Mike Day's comment, definitely reach out to all of the banks in your surrounding area (large, medium, small, credit unions, etc.).

I have a savings sub-account at my credit union where I park leftovers for house stuff.

A small scale owner may have kept track of things is a log book ( It always amazes me how people work this way but you can't argue with success ) and simply does not have any 'records' or documentation (other then schedule 'E') to show. 

Report to a credit agency?

My credit is excellent and my payment history is 100% never missed a payment in my life.

It should be noted, the triplex has a 200k line of credit on it.
