hello guys I'm new to bigger pockets and pretty new to real estate investing I did a couple of flips back in 07 and 08 that worked out well but since the crash I have not done anything since, I'm looking to get into buying to flip and buying to rent out, I guess things have changed since then,  I have very little money like $4000.00 any suggests on where to start would be greatly appreciated for this 60 year old young man who really wants to get into the real estate business. thanks guys

Most lenders who charge anything else before closing (especially in excess of a couple hundred dollars) is a scam, but some may be legit. 

I talked to a couple of the commercial lenders, and they were telling me interest rates in the 5% range, while secondary market was around 3% (this was in 2015).

Would anyone be kind enough to give me a couple of pros and cons on wholesaling condos?

I have officially initiated my real estate education a couple of weeks back and wish to build a solid foundation to setup and grow a new source of income.

I have been in the process of finding a property to house hack for the past couple of weeks and finally found a great deal.
