I do prefer it over having a VA do it since most VA's come up as spam, and to get the ones that are really good at it are costly.Would love any recommendations you have of who you know that has experience with mailers.

This is largely based on experience so you can shoot for the moon, but be prepared to settle on what works with your strategy.Once you have done one, now you are building experience... and then you can move forward and hopefully with better terms.

Timeframe, legal considerations, and best practices going forward of course vary by jurisdiction.You can't count on believing that the family member doesn't already have utilities under their name or similar arrangement that will keep the power on for them.
