BTW, here in Ohio (where there is still a little common sense), we know that children shouldn't eat lead paint; that every house has a little mold; that you shouldn't sniff asbestos; and that a little blood isn't reason for panic!

Here in Las Vegas the local chamber has a fairly good policy available with an association discount that allows self-employed individuals to get better rates and coverage than they could get on their own.

Which is why after doing so many of them, I have now set up my own company and employ people to do them for me, not to mention others that want me to do them for them.On the HUD, you have to show all the expenses, closings costs, transfer stamps, any realtor fees (if any), etc.
