As investor, the playing field is prohibitive---there is only one hard money program that allows for financing up to 50 LTV for SWMH/DWMH/TWMH with values between 50K-1KK...Regards,Scott Miller

Anyone know anything about the appraisal career?

I may end up just donig a flip or two....not really sure.This is exactly why I am here fielding the opinions/views of people like yourself who already are in the industry.

First off, I have much, much less experience and only a passing interest in RE Investing vs making it a career so I'm no expert and have much less expertise and success in RE than many others on the forum.

Do you think I'm cut out for this field?
