Can't you get your builder's risk policy from the same agent you currently carry your general liability (for your GC business) with? 

Kansas city flip  Long time client of mine over 100 deals I have funded for himfor my investor  in this deal its deal number 70 for them. 

At this point either find another lender with lower fees or just deal with the costs of closing.

Get some experience with this quad and you will be ready to go back for your next deal.  

So, making it clear from the start that you are running a professional rental business goes a long way towards avoiding those who are seeking just the opposite.

You guys think this is a good deal?
