After visiting the department of public works (3 times), the city engineer explained to me that the gas company will essentially throw the city under the bus stating that the city will not dig up in the ground after December 1st.

 - There are some reputable leasing companies that want repeat business rather than turn and burn.

Each sale has personal factors (i.e. seller moving)In terms of funding the real estate business, I am currently searching for a W2 engineering / manufacturing job in the Miami area .

My thoughts are I put an offer on the house, and if accepted, I then get a structural engineer out, and companies out to give me a quote on how much it would cost to fix both issues.

It takes a lot of effort to get fuel oil burning.
