You would be amazed how weak some brokers or agents are when it comes to this and they will work for nothing.If they can't even prove their worth for the commission they are a very weak negotiator.

The way I’ve done this is; I find a note for sale, offer to buy 100% of the notes remaining payments.Then I broker a portion of the note to a sophisticated institutional investor and I place the "Tail End" of the remaining payments in my pension fund for tax-free growth.For example, and keep in mind I’m making up figures for example only.

Seriously though, listed MHPs in your desired market will be rare, and if that happens it will almost surely be overpriced by a broker who probably doesn't own any rental property, let alone a MHP.
