A few years later I had a real problem with the PM charging us for phantom maintenance items and decided to part ways and go about things on my own.A few really bad tenants later on my wife's property (a toilet was clogged so they decided to light the toilet paper on fire and see if that would help the crud go down.

New builds can be weird because your house is worth a good amount less than the brand new one close to it.All that being said, for me I'd look at it as if I was going to buy the house today at the the numbers you're getting, and then compare them to what you could get.
