I can pay the monthly amount for the service (~50$) and then when anything breaks I can have the tenant pay the deductible, making issues pretty low stress.

He's on the market at $750,000, so there's a very realistic break-even scenario.As a wholesaler, you would have to convince a buyer that you have something worth selling - and a "buyer's list" doesn't cut it. 

At least to break even, so that I can focus on getting myself out of this and back on the road to making $.

What general strategies help to increase tenant safety from break-ins while not invading their privacy?
