How would you describe the difficulty of that task?

We have to create tasks for our staff and contact the late payers.

They have a 6 bed, 3 bath house that has the rooming house license (which in and of itself is not hard to get) and rent by the room (about $500 per room including utilities), but the management of such a thing from a long distance would be your most challenging task.

I do realize that no matter what there will be  unforeseen expenses, and I like to consider myself handy enough to tackle most repair tasks. 

It creates a lead in my Podio CRM and my VA automatically gets a task to follow up.

The task you are asking them to perform is very basic, commonly given to apprentice techs straight out of trade school.
