To any realtors on the east coast (any state from NJ,NY,PA & ME ) i would really hands down appreciate being added to a daily MLS update or anything along those lines ? 

I have a very good contact that we use for large projects throughout the NY region. 

It looks like you have done well and are adding those rental properties quickly, very impressive.  

I started in 2008 and went to a large firm and they started me from the bottom and walked me through everything.

Large commercial buildings are boarded up, fenced off, covered with graffiti.

And my question is: What website/resource can i use to find relocation of large companies.

Ads on CL or Zillow?

Most of this piece probably won't focus too much on specific deals, but rather, on my experience throughout this (ad)venture, starting out as a reckless and aimless 22 year old. 

Thanks,  I am happy to be on here.It is a stable, sort of boring market.If you place a great ad, and screen well you can find tenants pretty quick.Since not much changes in the local economy (university / hospital / military town) the prices do not increase quick, so it is touch to get a lift in value on a building without doing big renos or holding for a long time.Michael P Currie
