My question is, do you recommend we try to do some of the flipping ourselves via the help of youtube and other resources, or should we hire professionals for everything?

I dove in and started watching their YouTube videos, and I realized how important this in-depth analysis is upfront. 

I do everything from video/music/picture marketing, social media posts, website design, contract negotiations, managing homeowners/crews, design layouts, pickup and deliver orders/materials, tile install, flooring, drywall, cabinets etc!

So I had to learn a lot of construction skills from youtube, friends and family.

And I thank anyone for any help, suggestions or help they can offer because I really want to do this right to help take care of my family, as right now I am a person on Disability and my Husband is of Retirement Age, but he also works for a company that is a seasonal only company (they have to shutdown every fall/winter) because they are an outdoor music venue and now since the pandemic he has not been able to go back to work.  

Youtube Ben Mallah, Manny koshbin, Meet kevin, Graham stephan, you'll see what is possible with real estate. 

And they play great music.

Phil puts more time into fabricating those you tube sessions to lure more people into his program than into mentoring them once in the program.
