If you are able to rehab the mobile homes and leave them in their current location this would be ideal as you will not have to pay for the homes to be removed and transported, also the park will keep these homes inside their walls so that you may continue paying lot rent monthly.As an active mobile home investor you will be bringing a lot of value to the closing table besides $250-$1000.

I think that's the endgame for any investor, but other strategies may work to build up a "cash mountain" so you can afford to invest in SLO one day.SLO is expensive, but there may be some opportunities just south in Santa Maria/Lompoc that have lower entry points.

If you stick to properties around or close to Stone Mountain you'll be better off as Stone Mountain is a state park and much of the area around it is kept up fairly well.• Stay away from south Fulton county.
