Hey BP what marketing software do you guys like for leads?

Can be as basic as a morning ritual or as specific as a software or CRM or marketing technique you love to use. 

Rentberry on StartEngine is currently my favorite RE investment individual properties cannot 3X on a single property like software or new brands. just diversify.

Any advise on what software are great to keep track of portfolio real estate rental units rents expenses the whole works. 

We have changed accounting software and I have no idea what category to put the payments I send to the property owner for the rent less my management fee and other expenses.

Any suggestions as to what storage software to use?

Hello- I’ve been trying to find the best process/software for market comps and have not found anything I can rely on.

We offer accounting and bookkeeping services on a daily/weekly/monthly with financials along with other software such as Buildium, AppFolio, and Yardi. 

Is there a simple but effective software or app that folks are using to track expenses, and log hours spent managing your rentals?

I have 4 different Mgmt companies I deal with along with the different software they work with (buildium, appfolio, propertyware)I’m hoping to find a software that can pull information from the various property Mgmt software these companies are using so I don’t have to login to different systems to gather information.
