So if you start a focused campaign right now you'll be fine. 

Because acquisition agents are incentivized to keep acquiring property which fits their model, they often focus on the same areas—essentially turning entire neighborhoods into a rental complex.

I focus on small MF buildings (5-50 units) and the standard loan for these assets is something like a 5/20 or 5/25 with 70% LTV at an X% rate.
