most say I should be greatful that I have a job and that life isn't so bad   but I am living pay check to pay check renting a 1 br apartment in someone else's house.my family (mother father and niece that they are raising) had to relocate from new York to Delaware, they are really the only family I have left and I do want to be around them, at the same time my job is in ny so I am stuck between a rock and a hardplace  I recently came into a bunch of "life changing" money  and I don't know the first thing to do with it  money.

Currently working two jobs as a nursing assistant.  

I would think the draw would be the college students and maybe intern drs and nurses? 

I want to thank everyone that responded Not sure how to figure out how to do it to each and everyone that has given me valuable input.My plan for the property is to lease it to 2 of my children for the first 2-4 years while one is going to the university nursing program for 2 yrs and the other is wanting to be based in texas for another family business for the next 4 years.

The quick story is my husband's mother passed away in late May and we inherited her townhome.  

Im hands on but a single mother so which ever one will work!!! 

As a single father with there mother having very little involvement, that time is why I do what I do.

For example, if renting to students didn't work out as well as I hoped, I could rent to trainee nurses at the local hospital, etc.

There was a tenant caused fire in my mother's 10 unit building earlier this year.
