You need a realtor to pull this information from MLS, but the traits of a "selll-through" town remain the same, typically:-  Good school system-  People have heard of the town-  Somewhat easy access to highway, or within 15 minutes of a large employer of office parkProperty taxes will eat your profit up in NH, so make sure you try to be in and out of your deals.  

What you can look at are things like population growth, major employers in the area, etc.

You are going to end up converting rental income that’s not subject to Self Employment tax into business income from the management company that is subject to self employment tax.

If they continue to be unhelpful, contact their employing broker and ask them for help.

What do people think about markets like Anderson IN, that have had hard times and population declines due to employers closing factories.  

Most important factors to a lender are Employment(income), Debt and Credit.  

The population is steadily rising as new employers move into the area.
