In my understanding, the barrier to entry in the NYC market is so high and the market itself is mostly an appreciation play, making young people like me who just started out without much experience and capital almost unable to participate.

examples: Type/Size of house - (so we know what you flip using this kit)Paint color/brand indoor-Paint color/brand outdoor-Flooring type/brand -Cabinets type/brand -Counter top types -Pulls (style, type, etc.)

Housing affordability is a major issue and it's going to need to be an all of the above solution with manufactured homes definitely playing a major role.

They do have a sump pump installed yet there was enough water damage to ruin the carpet the first time, and the brand new carpet is now under water.

Realize TK saves some work but is a long term play as you are purchasing at high retail.
