I am a 50% member in a Parent LLC that owns other LLCs, used for specific purposes such as other businesses or real estate holdings.

Now I'm in a different property of hers single family home and she sends people by several times a week to check to make sure that I'm not doing anything wrong.

I don't know this group specifically - haven't heard of them.

ask what’s wrong with the house, why it’s not sold yet. can also get an inspection.

We know that the term "Buy Box" refers to an investors standard that could give him/her the green light on buying a specific property they might be looking at, if it passes that standard.I believe that I'm lacking in the correct nomenclature and can't find the correct terms to describe this idea or concept that I'm trying to convey.
