Paragraph 6 of the standard deed of trust has an out for unforeseen circumstances, but talking/thinking/writing/etc about it months ahead of time makes it pretty clear that "unforeseen" does not describe this scenario.

It was already under contract and we would have had to do additional disclosures that would necessitate us amending or re-writing the contract. 

There are apps and software programs you can use to automate this process once you're at that stage in your business growth.
