I kinda wonder what's next, do realtors need to remove headshots from our card and marketing content so that sellers dont discriminate based on the color or gender of the buyer's agent?

If the court kicks them out and you get your houseback w/o any back rent, you can sue them, you can win but collections is another story.

Shockingly, the owners that respond to postcards want to sell for prices that simply don't crunch as rentals.I can tell you that from the other side of those brightly-colored post cards (the one the I tossed out today was bright green), that property owners are being flooded with postcards from all over the country (green was an outfit in FLA).

We would use that number verses taxes and insurance on your primary as bottom income ratio and then all other bills for the top number (credit cards as you have no auto loans).
