My recommendation is buy a midrange washer and dryer and have them professionally installed, this will make the house more attractive to prospective tenants (most renters aren't brining their washer and dryer around with them) and you will ensure that it is safely connected as some are natural gas and washers require water.

I already have a 240vac panel out front behind a bush that I can add a breaker and run a line out to the parking area and install an outdoor rated level 2 charger.I beleive there is already a filter for looking for EV friendly house on Vrbo, Airbnb or both.

It’s walking distance w it’s own entrance to beach but it’s not right on the water exactly.I think I could fit 8-10.
