No more unlocking half the floor to change out one plank.  

A link to our listings (property management software listing page pulled into a frame) and some other static pages like "about us", "contact us", etc.In terms of pages for each property, I'm using a junk plugin that asks for the property address and photos and then generates a page that's pretty basic. 

The one thing I stress to my sellers now as a listing agent working with tenants in the home is that I require my secure lockbox with a key; otherwise, it gives tenant too much power, denying access (different versions of, Sorry, had to run out, I'll be home to unlock door in 30 minutes, etc.) 

The photos were gorgeous and it was in a good location, but as a "sight unseen" prop I added the contingency to protect us from any unknowns, including if we just didn't like it!

I am currently sending an email blast with photos and property description to 300 + investors in my data base to see who will be willing to purchase the agreement if I do resolve before it goes that long.

I certainly fall into column A here - with photo evidence and what not. 

Do you engage your PM's and ask them to take photos, and work with a local realtor or agent?
