My solution has been to send a series targeted letters to high equity, high-shot leads, in sequence with each letter having a single theme and unique selling proposition.This can be followed up with a phone call inquiring if my letter was received and if I can be of further help. 

I feel that all tasks could be delegated out easily with the money coming in, and that the ease of owning it would increase greatly therefore driving demand up and your return down.

The moment you do something, pay a bill or complete a task, it is done and you get to choose to do something different in the next moment.Energy flows where attention goes.
