I'd rather fine unique locations that are under the radar and where properties just sit for months with no attention.

Example; "sell my house orlando"So, ideally you would want a domain something like; "sellmyhouseorlando.com"But...usually those are taken so you will want to find a sensible combination that also is keyword friendly.

I would assume the core principles of house hacking are the same everywhere, but Manhattan seems like such a unique area because everything is in such high demand.
