If you don't have that answer, then that's another reason not to sell. 

Landon Dolezal there could be lots of good reasons - and some bad ones.

Reasons - a) Super easy for anyone to find transportation....LYFT/UBER, rental cars everywhere, etc... b) I would not want to be inserted into the 'liability loop', c) It does not provide a true value add IMHO.

Personally, I decided to keep my W2 while expanding my real estate portfolio for the above reasons and it has been very fruitful. 

They're all within reasonable driving distances for me.

@Winston Eastman the reason most out of state investors choose to use turn key is because they don't have the time or resources in place to handle all of that on their own.

One reason I bought my Oceanfront condo in Myrtle Beach is because it has all the criteria to do well. 14 million people visit here each year.

@Brandy White - I think this is the main reason people require cleaning.

Business and friendship often don’t mix for many reasons—for instance, it can be very difficult to enforce lease terms (like late payment fees or deposit retentions) with a friend… and if you do enforce those lease terms, it can easily destroy the friendship.

I found that to be true when I inspected a 3 year vacant system recently and it was all water and zero solids.
