Too many staircases, and when you open the front door, all the A/C whooshes right out of the house and the top floor suddenly feels like an oven...very poor design.

Is there a reason all of sudden multiple units are now up for sale?

This is primarily the reason I think why suddenly there's a huge jump of new listing in the investor market.

But when I had ACL surgery, I suddenly was thrown into the world of NNN medical office investing.

Mine died suddenly in a car wreck when I was 16 years old (42 now). 

The guy who fell had a bunch of preexisting health problems, but suddenly the fall was the worst thing. 

It's one thing to say a landlord has rented to the same person for 30 years and not increased rent and suddenly decided rent needed to increase.

But if, say, there’s an undisclosed material fact or omission on the inspection report, polybutylene piping for instance (I’m just giving out a random example off the top of my head, not implying anything), those pipes suddenly burst 10 years after you buy the property and floods the house, the water damages could easily exceed the sum of the profits you’d made for the past ten years.

Mysteriously, all my colleague/follower numbers suddenly updated today.

I will admit, that if there is a sudden change in population and I cannot rent the property, this will be risker than no leverage.
