I guess partners can decide whatever they want between themselves, but is there a such thing as "typical" here?

I think if I do go forward with this project I am going to partner with another investor.  

That's one thing that me and my partners are looking into.

Comps are strong and our lender also looked at the numbers and said it was a solid one.

Is the hotel occupancy rate strong in the Disney area?
