This is the simplest and easiest to file for collections in small claims court if they default. 

So eventually, a basic level of standard comp analysis will be required.

I recommend having your lender review your returns before you file so adjustments can be made if necessary! 

My gut says that would not fly, but then again, HML don't seem bound to the same standards as conventional. 

Again, I don't know if I'm dealing with a "slacker" PM here, or if this is standard for PMs.

Bring held to such a high standard is the best thing about being in the military it helps a lot of fresh out of highschool people learn how to be responsible.
