The problem is, how do I have someone do showings for tenants?

What advice does anyone have for someone who has not gone through this process?    

I’m so mad I can’t see straight and will be contacting my lawyer ASAP but has anyone ever heard of someone being able to make arbitrary “green space improvements” in some one else’s ROW.

I’ve seen a bunch of posts here over the past six month on BP where people seem to be betting big money (some call it investing) based purely on someone’s charm and word.

Anyways I had them refinished and they look alot better.I was going to do the work myself but instead hired someone.

If not, you would need to structure a creative deal by purchasing subject to the existing mortgage.And if taking over the mortgage is not worthwhile due to the condition of the property, your last option would be a short sale.Before structuring a creative deal, make sure you are guided by someone who has done it before.

You can also get an umbrella for your LLCs if you feel that need.Before someone comes on here and says they've never heard anyone needing an LLC.

If you do not have a lot of personal assets and have a homestead exemption on your primary residence - most find there is not much left for someone to actually take.
