There many areas to pay in cash with that amount, my last one was 12.5k for a cbs house  I know someone who just paid approx 18k for a cbs houseIf you are a new investor, it would be a good idea to buy one and pay cash, then as you are learning the ropes of landlording, and dealing with vacancies, you do not have to deal with the risk of defaulting on your mortgageit would just be a much more stress free experience

I kick the guy out and make a LOT more but I go through stress, and he loses his home; ORB.

Remember you can miss quite a few questions and still pass, so don't stress too much or get hung up on a question. 

Bankers will talk about doing stress tests at highers rates, shorter amortization periods, add shock factors to the payment to ensure you can qualify even in hypothetical hard times.

Our hope is to expand our passive income so that we can "retire" at 35 and do fun, less stressful things for money.I'm/We're relatively new so I don't anticipate having much to add to brilliance that I've discovered on BP, but hopefully time will change that! 

It will be nice to decrease stress for a while.
