Assuming that this home can sleep 6-8 people with average occupancy and nightly rates, you're saying that you wouldn't be able to cash flow? 

I don’t anticipate noise / disturbance issues, but I know some are just against the idea of a “constant stream of strangers” in their community.

Got a furnace maintenance guy scheduled to ensure the furnace/thermostat are working correctly.To me, low 60s is manageable; low 50s and sleeping in a jacket is moving toward uninhabitable and definitely embarrassing as an owner.Tips?
