In the past I have sent regular absentee yellow letter marketing only to find that some of these owners turned out to be Buyers not interested in selling.Should there be distinctive verbiage on the postcards or letters to these type of absentee owners?

I will send the PR 1 letter stating we want to buy their home, the next week is a voice-mail through sly broadcasting( they get a voice-mail without the phone ringing) that says Hi we sent you a letter, last week, we still are interested in buying your home, please call as soon as you can.

ok Mindy & Joe; i will have to go over the fine print cuz i didnt see nor was told it would automatically renew (i notice the premium CHANGED and WAS HIGHER ANYWAY) even though they sent a renewal offer which again was changed and increased even though i never in all my life have filed a claim with any of my tangible property insurances (auto, home, landlord, etc).
