I live in an urban area and that's not a popular look around here, but it makes me feel like I'm back home for sure.A lot of those pictures are not red cedar though. red cedar tends to be pretty consistent in color.

Wow, there's a line and in my opinion, they've crossed it...We photoshop all of our listing pics, but only to enhance the colors, the brightness and the sharpness of the images, not to distort reality.While there's probably nothing illegal about what they did (though maybe), it just seems very, very wrong...if nothing else, it violates the, "everything in this listing is true to my knowledge" ideal...

I actually use direct buy for my renos.it allows me to spend the price of an economic version, but receive a upper/middle end product of whatever I'm buying.The big savings i've noticed is for flooring (carpet/tile/hardwood/laminate), cabinets, and counters.Yes, you can likely pick up some of this cheaper from ReHab stores of Habitat For Humanity or garage sales, but this allows me to pick exactly what I want for colors and style.

Prices rose a lot in the time between when the offer was accepted and when the seller wanted to close.After closure, I had 2 workers work on the place for much of 2 months to get it into its current shape.
