Hello BP Community,I am currently New to the real estate investment world and have been doing research the last few months.

From my research, I have narrowed down what markets, type of property and strategy I want to pursue.

I'm researching around to find a good local real estate lawyer and CPA to work with.

I have been doing some research on some of these homes and at least half of them say that there is mold or termite damage.

As my screen-name implies, I`m certainly no expert, but I have been researching this subject myself for the past couple of months.

I would have to investigate the area to make sure it is zoned for what you want to build, make sure that there are no problems with soil and researching the geographic area to give you statistics on what you can expect to profit on your project.
