I was puzzled, so I replied back "OK, if I'm not good enough to lend money to, then I'm not good enough to deposit my money here either".

Is it correct to assume a conservative rehab cost of $20,000 and a closing cost of $2,500?

Did we go about answering it correctly, or should we have taken a different route beforehand?
