I'm looking to capture the "random" buyers you don't normally get through other channels.

(no sink attached to it and valve was turned off)Does anyone know how this happened and why it randomly happened over an hour after the water being on??

This was just a sample and not real, I picked a random house and plugged numbers in.

I also do some random side work here and there unrelated to real estate (it consulting), ebay sales for home made products, so the idea was to create a general company that covers everything I'm doing, so that I can report it all, get my deserved deductions and write offs, etc.

Do I need to just call random banks up in the applicants cities, ask for a loan officer, and ask how they pay-out brokers, or is there a much more streamlined way to do this?

I've always thought Facebook was oriented to "joining" groups and people would get irritated if you randomly plopped real estate ads. 

Cutting into the plaster & lathe is messy & random pieces falling & hairline cracks appear quickly.

My dad randomly brought up Real Estate Investing.

I also type the cars in the area with street views giving a random sampling. 

I've read about 7 books, of which many are featured on the BP podcast (that I listen to constantly), and I peruse the BP site quite often as if I'm returning to an immersive, engaging, and lushly detailed series of inspirational stories, which IMO describes this site pretty well.You may or may not see me commenting on seemingly random topics, as I'm sure we all do, but please feel free to reach out to me.
