@David Gonzalez - here are a couple thoughts:1) setup and review a personal budget - figure out where you can cut expenses to increase your savings2) try to work more hours as an electrician, get a promotion or take a higher paying job - do this to further increase your savings3) Learn Online - BP - read the forums, follow the newsletter, go to the webinars4) Learn in Person - join a local REIA, go tour open houses5) Look at a house hack - you need a place to live, so look at buying a small multifamily - this lets you dip your toe into investing, managing properties and tenants and gives you reduced housing costs which lets you save more.
