Looking for opportunities to invest in Philly.

We want to raise capital with passive investors, ones that want to take advantage of the opportunities that NPN's create but are perfectly content and happy to have us do all the work and heavy lifting.Learning the "how to" is only part of the equation.

There are some amazing networking opportunities here...I highly suggest getting involved with REIN (Main meeting is this Monday at Tech Hill Commons) What I like most about the Nashville Market: You can buy a house in the ghetto with bad loud neighbors, or backing up to railroad tracks, fix it up, and it will still sell day 1 with multiple offers right now.

I would try and look at the situation as an opportunity rather than a problem.

There are a few disgusting people out there who are looking for an easy opportunity, so my question to you is: How do you find the right partner and when will you know it's the right partnership?

DFW has certainly experienced growth but there is also always opportunity.  

I continued for a little bit and gained valuable knowledge on the studies of art and math but with not job it was hard to continue to skate to school using up 4 hours to get and 4 hours to come home on school days i didnt really make time to actually follow through with interviews and potential job opportunities because i was to focused on my craft, but One day while skating to see my mom i saw a banner for a job opportunity and applied and told my self if i got called would follow through no matter what.
