I grew up with a realtor for a mother, but she’s not too well informed on new construction.As it stands today, I have roughly 70k liquid and looking to invest in building a new construction home for profit.

Now I find myself in a situation where I have two people in my unit and neither are on my lease.  

This would reduce risk and speculation on future appreciation. 

Indian RE has been on a tear.

Their website claims dividends for this fund should be roughly 1.3 - 1.4% for the year so this is on pace to double that.
