It’s not perfect but it does offer State by State leases and the ability to collect payments easily.

The house recently appraised for $550,000 and we received an unsolicited offer in the $600k range a few weeks back.

I will defiantly contact the local GSA office Monday and see what type of demand there is for what I'm offering.

With those set aside, do you think the monthly cash flow, cap rate and coc numbers are good enough to make an offer on the property?

I would look into getting a registered agent address lots of offerings for this type of service it will help a little with privacy and peace of mind but you can and will be found...For example my county took out the name search for property records but if you go to the tax claim bureau site you can still easily search by name and business name.
