Deal finding is the objective and wholesaling is one option you have once a deal is found.

No one has any objectivity, and rushes to draw ridiculous conclusions to try and make their point about how any small move in the stock must be because Airbnb personally wronged them, even as the stock remains extremely healthy (way too healthy, honestly) overall.

Depending on your age, income and investment objectives, that might be a better option than a SEP.  

This is typically a third party objective opinion of current value and what updates or repairs are needed for full market value.

Pre-signed DIL’s are generally unenforceable if your borrower objects in court, since you are circumventing their right to foreclosure.I’d vote for option 1, Mark.

Quality over Quantity - the idea being someone who fulfills their monetary obligations on a regular basis is more likely to stay longer, pay their rent etc,  decreasing your turnover.  

;-) One thing for you to know though, I am not a flipper, I only started objectively buying houses to possibly sell in January. 

Quantity is the key when inventory is low to get some deals.
