What really ties up a property is when a builder takes Bk or dies, having the greatest equity and an unfinished project can really be a problem.In your builds, you should have figured contingencies, price of materials going up, etc. part of that should be about 3% for attorney fees to clear up any issues, not that it will be needed, but reserved for unforseen issues on any job.
