After doing some digging and trying to be creative - the owners are willing to consider a partnership.

Also, I did some digging and certain people articles had to be worth more than the previous property and one said it had to just utilize all of the capital I just accrued.I feel like this is worded awkwardly.

So I have heard many different answers from investors regarding their target hold periods for their buildings, depending on the unit count and their strategy.I have started to dig deeper in the small commercial multifamily space, as this is the direction that I am working towards in the near future.

Going to go dig into this and see if it will work.
