I have had a couple of addresses over the years and usually I have used UPS, but lately I have seen a lot of virtual option popping up ... earthmail ... regus ... digital mailroom ... there seem to be quite a few.Would anyone have feedback on the best route to go?  

Hi all i am a new real estate investor and just bought my first rental property a few months ago and now have it all rented out.

Once complete, I expect this 4 family to gross $7K monthly, with a net cash flow of $3K and have $250K in equity built in.

However, you'll likely only be able to go up a single story unless you reinforce the existing foundation to hold a second story on top.

We've been working well with them and see ourselves hiring them as a GC.We have 100k left to fundraise but plenty of investor pipeline to get us there.
