My last cash buys were an old mobile on land (wanted the lot), and a condo and house needing too many repairs to appraise. 

The desktop version is fine but their mobile app for Iphone is terrible.

There is a mobile home park .5 mile away where they could stay for about half the money, but no washer/dryer, no full kitchen, no wifi, no smart tv, or individual rooms.What would you suggest I do to keep these guys in my STR and keep them happy?

@Dino Cardamone $10k is a little short for most multifamily syndications, but if you're interested in commercial investing, Account Closed does a lot with mobile home parks and the barrier to entry is a bit smaller.

There is a mobile home, not on land, so it cannot go FHA.
