Hi Daniel, if your looking for rentals make sure to look at the percentage return on your money, but some of the other cities outside of Austin may offer lower priced properties if that is a concern.

But I just have a few questions and concerns about contracts, how to market effectively to sellers, how to know what repair cost will be for damged houses, and etc.

The HVAC is around a 2000 model so that would be my main concern.
