We also had an attorney draw up a Quit Claim Deed and put our property where we live and also raise cattle in the LLC's name for pre-emptive (no foreseeable debts) outside asset protection from personal creditors (ex. medical bills).

Or teach a medical facility how to set up their company because I don't know the language or terminology to teach them 100%. 

But for $140k no, I don't believe that would pay for half of medical school.
